necessary documentation, exhibits as necessary,
as well as the appropriate questions and answers

What are the fees and what are the time
estimates for services rendered?
Although work content is specific to each case,
Med Legal Associates will provide estimates for
work requested , and scheduled fees, prior to
the commencement of performed work. Any
deviations in the agreed upon time schedule will
be discussed and mutually agreed to between the
parties.
Additional expenses, such as, but not limited
to, literature search fees, copyright fees, and
document copying expenses will be charged to the
client. Location and procurement of expert
witnesses will be billed separately.
